Tips for making a change

It’s probably fair to say that we all have things that we’d like to change. However, making changes in our lives can be challenging. Routines and patterns can be comfortable. Shaking things up may not seem appealing, even if we know in our hearts that a change is necessary or will help us reach a desired goal.
