The Second Session in a 10-Series

The second session of a Rolfing® 10-series helps build your body's foundation by working on the feet and lower legs. It also includes work on the back.

You might be surprised to learn that back problems may be foot problems. A line of fascial connection extends from the bottom of the foot, along the back of the leg, back, and head.

This session starts to address the movement of the knees and ankles. We consider the idea of extension through both the top of the head and the bottom of the feet.

You can improve your base of support and balance with exercises for the toes, feet, and ankle. This video has a good assortment of options. Try one or more and notice what changes you experience.
